Randy Joselit: tax planning and strategic business planning.

Randy Joselit has been working in public accounting in Phoenix since receiving a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University in 1983. Randy has his Series 7 Securities license as well as licenses for life, disability and health insurance. His areas of expertise are income and estate tax planning, management advisory services, analysis of financial statements and business strategies. Randy has clients in fields including real estate development, construction, engineering, healthcare, legal and other professional services.

Randy is a past President of the North Phoenix Kiwanis Club; in 2008 he was the recipient of the George F. Hixson Fellowship Award, one of the Kiwanis International Foundation’s highest honors. He is also a member of the BNI Biltmore Power Chapter.

Don Schaper, Tax Manager

Don Schaper has an associate’s degree in accounting from the Academy of Accountancy and has practiced with a number of CPA firms – including a large international company – for over 25 years. He has been a member of the Joselit professional staff for more than 15 years, serving individuals and small business clients. Don has a strong working knowledge of accounting tax software and administrative systems, and is an invaluable resource for the firm and its clients. He is a U.S. Army veteran.

Sharon K. Shikles, CPA

Sharon Shikles is an Arizona certified public accountant and has worked in public accounting for over 25 years. She earned her BS in Accounting from Western International University. Sharon joined Joselit in 1991 and is the team leader for compilation and reviewed financial statement services for some of the firm’s larger business clients. She also provides staff training in the areas of financial statements, tax returns and accounting software applications.

A 20-year resident of Phoenix, Sharon has served in various positions for area non-profit organizations, including treasurer, financial secretary and director.

Louise Till, Office Manager

Louise Till provides Joselit clients with full-charge bookkeeping and payroll services and serves as our office manager, providing superior leadership and assistance to our administrative staff. Louise has spent most of her professional career working for CPA firms, and has been a valuable asset to our firm for more than 15 years.

Katie Arnold, Professional Staff

Katie Arnold is a 2009 graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. degree in Finance. She has worked at Joselit for the last few years as an administrative intern; the firm has provided Katie with tuition funding to earn her degree and will continue to assist her with additional training in taxation and accounting software applications. Katie is successfully transitioning from administrative responsibilities into a professional position within the firm, and continues to provide clients and professional staff with excellent support in many areas of accounting and taxation.

Lowell Lawson, Tax Preparer

Lowell Lawson joined Joselit in 2004, and is responsible for the seasonal preparation of individual tax returns. Lowell is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and received his MA in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. He worked in banking and for Motorola before founding Sun Laundries, Inc., a chain of laundromats and cleaners. After 23 years, he sold Sun Laundries and then served as a high school math teacher for 11 years before his retirement from teaching.

Linda Reyburn, Client Communications & Marketing Coordinator

Linda Reyburn is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a BA in Arts and Literature and a BS in Criminal Justice. She has worked in office administration for hospitals, payroll service companies, law offices, and retail and government organizations. Her special contributions to the firm include maintaining excellent relationships with clients, networking and marketing, and streamlining office procedures toward efficiency.

Corrina Woods, Administrative Office Assistant

Corri Woods, a recent addition to the Joselit CPA staff, provides the firm with administrative assistance to help provide an efficient, well-organized office environment which helps clients feel taken care of and comfortable.

Corri's work background is in law office administration and management. Corri is an Arizona native; she attended Mesa Community College (Arizona) for general studies and completed a four-year correspondence study course in The Institute of Children's Literature (Connecticut). She has a husband who works in health care construction, and is proud of her son who is serving as a sergeant in the Army.
